    Wierd (adj): Seems la a "Extrange" socialist conspirancy.

    SCHEME (noum): Set actions to do something. A plan, design or program of action to be followed, project.
    BONUSES (noum): Give the employee extra money to reach a goal. Something given or paid over and above what is due.
